Syntherm Clear

Syntherm Clear is an innovative new direct thermal film that is clear, perfect for variable information labelling where appearance and branding is key. This new labelling solution will allow for unparalleled shelf presence through allowing for the entire product to be shown to consumers, and integrating the label with the product.

DUALabel P3

DUALabel P3 is an innovative new double-layer label that combines the benefits of P3 with a DUALabel booklet. P3 is a self adhesive board solution for perishable food products which offers improved presentation and differentiation through top, side and base labelling of tray packs. DUALabel allows for double the information, with a unique adhesive which allows the consumer to peel and reseal the label multiple times, creating additional space for recipes, brand stories, loyalty programs, competitions and cross-promotional programs. This combination provides an exciting new way to engage with consumers and add value through additional marketing opportunities. 

P3

P3 is the latest evolution in price weigh labelling.  It is an innovative solution for perishable food products which offers improved presentation and differentiation on the supermarket shelf.  This self adhesive board solution allows for top, side and base labelling of tray packs, for increased communication space, premium presentation, increased shelf appeal, and higher margins.

P3 is currently successfully used across major supermarkets for a variety of products and applications, and is suitable for such products as meat, poultry, seafood, fruit and vegetables, bakery and dairy.  P3 can be either manually or automatically applied, and is suitable for MAP trays, overwrap trays, VSP packs, pottles, and more.

Hally Labels can create a wide range of label designs, including special shapes and die-cutting, perforations for smooth application and easy opening, back-cuts for variable adhesive contact points, and more.  We also offer either thermal transfer or thermal direct solutions.

RFID

RFID, or Radio Frequency Identification, is an enabling new technology which allows for greater traceability, productivity and efficiency throughout supply chains.

Hally Labels has successfully developed a customised RFID label solution for a major RFID application in the New Zealand kiwifruit industry, and also has a number of pilot projects currently underway.  There are endless possibilities for the application of RFID, including meat processing plants, logistics, food production, inventory and supply chain management, and much more.
