Fruit labelling, a new alternative for the fruit labelling industry. Hally Labels have developed a proven product for the kiwifruit, apple and citrus markets with varying sizes available, and all labels are produced with appropriate food grade adhesives.
Registration labels, a functional construction of layers created to perform a fit for purpose task in a unique environment, suitable for vehicle registration, parking permits, oil change windscreen labels, etc. Timber Tags, made from materials that can withstand exposure to harsh outdoor conditions, these products are suitable for either thermal transfer overprinting or can be fully pre printed. Typically applied manually by stapling to logs or timber the materials are designed to provide strength, easy identification and bar code scanning.
Indicator Labels, used to create alpha numeric file identification, the labels are manufactured in a range of colours and sizes and supplied in sheets, hole punched to suit ring binders. These labels can be produced on a range of adhesives and materials, typically they are laminated to protect against scuffing and extend their longevity. Industrial / Durables, we manufacture a range of labels that are designed to work in difficult environments and on difficult surfaces. These are typically customised solutions, examples include; chemical drum labels, textiles identification, safety glass decal, aluminium ingots labels and other industrial products.
Parking / Event Ticketing, manufactured predominantly on direct thermal board, Hally has a range of event ticketing solutions. These can be printed to include security features such as holograms, specialty inks, scratch inks, and 2D barcodes. We can print on both sides and up to 11 colours, allowing the reverse side of the ticket to be used for product promotion.
Pelt Tag, which is designed to withstand the rigors of hide processing, and is a multi layered construction that has been manufactured from proprietary materials. The VIP information is trapped below the surface, which ensures integrity throughout the tanning process. The tag is attached at slaughter, which allows the processor to directly link the quality of the finished hide to the farmer that supplied the animal.
