About the Role

Reporting to the Print Shift Team Leader the position is responsible for providing assistance as directed within the Operations and/or Warehouse department as work dictates. Duties include:

  • Assisting the Printer on press by ensuring materials are available and washing up the press between print runs
  • Rewinding labels from large rolls to smaller rolls to meet customer requirements and production/dispatch schedules
  • Packing and general warehousing duties as assigned

This is an Afternoon Shift position, with hours of work being 2pm – 10pm (Monday to Friday).

 

About You

To be successful in this position you will:

  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have a strong customer service focus; willing to go out of your way to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Be conscientious; particularly with regard to throughput and quality
  • Work well in a team environment with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Have the ability to work under pressure

A mechanical aptitude and/or experience in a Manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
